Spider-Man: Brand New Day is now available to buy or rent digitally from October 6, 2026. The important distinction is that this is a premium digital purchase/rental release, not an included Prime or Netflix subscription stream.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day digital release at a glance
- Digital release: October 6, 2026
- Prime Video: buy or rent for an additional cost
- Prime membership required? No, according to Amazon
- Other confirmed retailers: Apple TV, Fandango at Home and Sony Pictures Core
- Netflix subscription release: no official date announced in the sources checked
Sony Pictures' official movie page says the film “Comes Home October 6” and links to Apple TV, Prime Video, Fandango and Sony Pictures Core. Amazon's own guide confirms that Prime Video access is a separate buy-or-rent transaction and does not require a Prime membership.
Is Spider-Man: Brand New Day included with Prime?
No. Seeing the movie inside Prime Video does not mean it is included in a Prime subscription. Amazon says it is available to buy or rent for an additional cost. Prices can vary by country and retailer, so check the store page shown for your account before paying.
Is it on Netflix yet?
No official Netflix subscription-streaming date was announced in the official Sony and Amazon pages checked on October 6. Reports may estimate a later subscription window, but an estimate is not a confirmed release date. This page will be updated when a platform or Sony publishes one.
Why “digital release” and “streaming” can be confusing
Digital stores let viewers watch a movie online after buying or renting it, but that is different from a title being included in a monthly subscription catalogue. For Brand New Day, October 6 is the confirmed home digital buy/rent date.
